睿恆集團有限公司（Aptis Group Limited，下称"本公司"）重视客户的个人资料私隐，并遵守香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》（第 486 章）。
1. 收集的资料
本公司可能收集：姓名、联系方式（电话、电邮）、身份证明文件、地址证明、家庭成员资料、教育及工作经历，以及提供服务所需的其他资料。付款时，银行卡资料由持牌支付服务机构处理，本公司不储存完整的银行卡号码。
2. 使用目的
- 提供客户所委聘的服务，并与客户沟通；
- 按适用法规进行客户尽职审查（KYC）及反洗钱核查；
- 处理付款、开具报价单及发票；
- 遵守法律及监管要求。
本公司不会将客户个人资料出售，亦不会在未经客户同意下用于直接营销。
3. 资料转移
为提供服务，本公司可能在所需范围内将资料提供予：合作的持牌机构（如公司秘书机构）、政府部门（如公司注册处、税务局、入境事务处）、银行及支付服务机构，以及经客户同意转介的专业机构。
4. 保存及保安
本公司采取合理措施保护个人资料，防止未经授权的查阅或使用，并只在达成收集目的及符合法律要求所需的期间内保存资料。
5. 查阅及更正

本网站不设用户登记，亦不使用追踪或广告类 Cookie；网站只会在您的浏览器保存语言偏好。
Aptis Group Limited ("we", "us") respects the privacy of personal data and complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
1. Data we collect
We may collect names, contact details (phone, email), identity documents, proof of address, family member details, education and work history, and other information needed to provide our services. Card payments are processed by licensed payment service providers; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To provide the services the client has engaged us for, and to communicate with the client;
- To carry out customer due diligence (KYC) and anti-money laundering checks as required by law;
- To process payments and issue quotations and invoices;
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for direct marketing without the client's consent.
3. Transfers
To provide our services, we may share data, to the extent necessary, with licensed partner firms (such as company secretary providers), government departments (such as the Companies Registry, Inland Revenue Department and Immigration Department), banks and payment service providers, and professional firms the client agrees to be referred to.
4. Retention and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access or use, and keep it only as long as needed for the purpose collected and as required by law.
