服务条款Terms of Service

本服务条款适用于睿恆集團有限公司（Aptis Group Limited，下称"本公司"）向客户提供的所有服务。客户委聘本公司或支付服务费，即表示同意本条款。
1. 服务性质
本公司为香港注册成立的咨询服务公司，提供个人及家庭服务（香港身份规划咨询、香港公司注册及年度合规协调、抵港安居咨询及落地协调）及企业咨询服务。本公司提供的是咨询、资料整理及行政协调服务，不提供投资建议、不销售金融或保险产品、不代客户处理或持有资金，亦不从事地产代理或其他受监管业务。需要牌照或专业资格的服务（包括公司秘书服务），由具备相应资格的合作机构或由客户直接委聘的第三方机构提供。
2. 报价及委聘
每项服务开始前，本公司会出具书面报价单或服务合同，列明服务范围、费用、交付内容及预计时间。报价单经双方签署后即构成具约束力的协议。报价单自发出日期起计 30 日内有效。未列入报价单的服务不包括在内，如有需要将另行报价。
3. 收费及付款
- 所有收费以港元计算，以本网站"服务项目与收费"及报价单所列为准。
- 服务费须于服务开始前一次性全额支付。本公司在收妥全额款项及已签署的报价单或合同后，方会展开服务。
- 客户可通过银行转账或信用卡/借记卡付款。
- 政府收费按报价日期计算；如有关当局其后调整收费，差额按实际成本向客户收取。
4. 服务交付及时间
服务以面谈、电话、电子邮件及线上会议等方式在香港提供，交付成果（如计划书、文件、证书）以电子或实体形式交付。报价单所列时间为预计时间。凡因客户提供的资料不完整或不准确、第三方核实程序，或政府部门、银行等机构的处理进度而引致的延误，均非本公司所能控制。
5. 客户责任
客户须及时提供真实、准确及完整的资料及文件，并配合本公司及合作机构按适用的反洗钱规定进行的客户尽职审查（KYC）。
6. 不作保证
入境申请、公司注册、银行开户、学校取录等结果，均由有关政府部门或机构独立决定，本公司不就任何申请结果作出保证。
7. 保密
本公司对客户资料予以保密，除法律规定、监管或政府机关要求，或履行服务所需外，不会向第三方披露。个人资料的处理详见隐私政策。
8. 责任限制
本公司因任何服务而承担的总责任，以客户就该项服务实际支付的服务费为上限。本公司毋须就任何间接或后果性损失，或政府部门、银行及其他第三方机构的延误、拒绝或决定负责。

10. 适用法律
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖，双方同意接受香港法院的非专属司法管辖权。如本条款与双方签署的报价单或服务合同有不一致，以报价单或服务合同为准。
These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Aptis Group Limited ("we", "us") to clients. By engaging us or paying a service fee, the client agrees to these Terms.
1. Nature of services
We are a consulting company incorporated in Hong Kong, providing personal and family services (Hong Kong status planning, company formation and annual compliance coordination, and arrival and settling-in consulting) and business consulting services. Our services consist of consulting, document preparation and administrative coordination. We do not give investment advice, sell financial or insurance products, handle or hold client funds, or act as an estate agent or in any other regulated capacity. Services requiring a licence (including company secretary services) are provided by qualified partner firms or by third parties engaged directly by the client.
2. Quotations and engagement
Before any service starts, we issue a written quotation or service agreement setting out the scope, fee, deliverables and estimated timeline. Once signed by both parties, the quotation is a binding agreement. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Services not listed in the quotation are excluded and will be quoted separately if required.
3. Fees and payment
- All fees are in Hong Kong dollars, as listed under "Services & fees" on this website and in the quotation.
- Fees are payable in full, in one payment, before the service starts. We begin work once full payment and the signed quotation or agreement have been received.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
- Government charges are as at the quotation date; any later change by the authorities is charged to the client at cost.
4. Delivery and timelines
Services are delivered in Hong Kong through meetings, phone, email and video calls. Deliverables (such as plans, documents and certificates) are provided electronically or in hard copy. Timelines in quotations are estimates. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information, third-party verification, or the processing of government authorities, banks or other institutions are outside our control.
5. Client responsibilities
The client must provide true, accurate and complete information and documents promptly, and cooperate with customer due diligence (KYC) checks carried out by us or our partners under applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Outcomes of immigration applications, company registration, bank account opening, school admission and similar matters are decided independently by the relevant authorities or institutions. We do not guarantee any outcome.
7. Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, by a regulatory or government authority, or as necessary to perform the services. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any service is limited to the service fee actually paid by the client for that service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any delay, refusal or decision of government authorities, banks or other third parties.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If these Terms conflict with a signed quotation or service agreement, the signed document prevails.
