退款及取消政策Refund & Cancellation Policy

本政策适用于客户向睿恆集團有限公司（Aptis Group Limited）支付的所有服务费。
1. 服务开始前取消
客户在付款后、本公司展开服务前以书面（电邮）通知取消，本公司将全额退还已付服务费，但会扣除已代客户支付且无法退回的政府费用或第三方费用（如有）。
2. 服务开始后取消
服务一经展开，已支付的服务费、已产生的代垫费用及已代客户缴付的政府费用概不退还，但因本公司严重违约或疏忽导致服务无法完成者除外。
3. 本公司未能提供服务
如因本公司原因未能提供已付费的服务，本公司将退还该部分未提供服务的费用。
4. 申请结果
入境申请、公司注册、银行开户、学校取录等结果由有关部门或机构独立决定。申请不获批准不构成退款理由，但本公司会按服务范围协助客户了解原因及后续选择。
5. 退款方式及时间
核准的退款将于本公司确认后 14 个工作日内，按原付款方式退回（信用卡/借记卡付款退回原卡；银行转账退回原付款账户）。
6. 如何申请
请发送电邮至 zouzhen@aptisholding.com，注明客户姓名、报价单编号及取消或退款原因。
This policy applies to all service fees paid by clients to Aptis Group Limited.
1. Cancellation before the service starts
If the client cancels in writing (by email) after payment but before we start the service, we will refund the fee in full, less any non-refundable government or third-party charges already paid on the client's behalf.
2. Cancellation after the service starts
Once the service has started, fees paid, disbursements incurred and government charges paid on the client's behalf are non-refundable, unless the service cannot be completed because of our material breach or negligence.
3. If we cannot provide the service
If we are unable to provide a paid service for reasons on our side, we will refund the fee for the part of the service not provided.
4. Application outcomes
Outcomes of immigration applications, company registration, bank account opening, school admission and similar matters are decided independently by the relevant authorities or institutions. A rejected application is not in itself grounds for a refund, but we will help the client understand the reasons and next options within the service scope.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid within 14 working days of our confirmation, to the original payment method (card payments to the original card; bank transfers to the originating account).
6. How to request
Email zouzhen@aptisholding.com with the client's name, the quotation number and the reason for cancellation or refund.
